Why does the oil separate?Updated 2 years ago

Sunflower oil naturally rises to the top of the jar because we don’t include any additives, preservatives, or emulsifiers to our butters to prevent this from occurring. Specifically, we do not use any palm oil in our products to prevent separation. A quick stir will incorporate the oil back into the butter.
